Driving Business Outcomes with Thoughtful IT Solutions

Software & IT consulting focused on sustainable engineering practices

Why work with me?

I build harmonious interfaces between people and the digital world—between scientists and computational solutions, between engineering teams and critical infrastructure, between your business and the multi-verse of technological possibilities.

I bring over 20 years of experience in software engineering, IT infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud architecture. Most recently, I spent eight years in the small molecule drug discovery space, building IT organizations, cloud platforms, and scientific computing infrastructure from the ground up. I understand what it takes to support research teams with software that actually works at scale.

My engineering background shapes how I approach IT, especially in DevOps and developer experience. I write code to automate infrastructure, build deployment pipelines, and solve development challenges large and small. I increasingly leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality—and I can help your team do the same. I understand the developer experience because I live it. That perspective is critical when building CI/CD systems and deploying cloud-native architectures that pay off for your developers and the organization at large.

My further experience as an IT leader gives me broad perspective on how to speak to product teams, entrepreneurs and the C-suite about software development practices and IT strategy. It's never easy to weigh complicated technical tradeoffs, organizational challenges that come with new technology, or the ongoing tension between technical and business goals, but it gets easier when you have guidance and perspective from someone who's circumnavigated the proverbial block.

How I can help

I work best with companies that value sustainable engineering practices over quick fixes.

My clients span financial services, retail, biotech, and SaaS. In research-focused organizations—particularly small molecule drug discovery—I bring deep domain knowledge along with technical expertise in cheminformatics, molecular modeling and data management in research workflows.
